Having gone with a different estate agent first after being promised the earth, we went back to Lancasters. Needless to say, we should have gone to you first but hindsight is a wonderful thing! Lancasters got us the price we were after and enabled us to move swiftly into the house we are now in. They dealt with a host of queries by viewers regarding the surrounding properties and brought plenty of viewers in, and a number of decent first offers. So just a huge thank you to everyone - Ben, Anita and Tom for the selling process, and also the photographer who took some great pictures! And to Danielle for keeping us up to date with the sale progression and keeping in contact so well (almost daily!)
