Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Since you haven't left a name, I have found what I presume is to be your email trail. I apologise that you have been asked the same information twice, I understand this must have been frustrating. It seems there has been a glitch in our automated response software which has lead to us not seeing all the information you initially provided. We are grateful to have been made aware of this as we have taken it up with out tech team who are looking to resolve it, it's just a shame it was flagged up by leaving a 3 star review as google reviews are really valuable to us, but hopefully it will not happen again.
