It is almost a week now since my Dad's house sold. From the first visit when Ben carried out a probate valuation to my last email with Danielle the service has been matchless. Thank you to Dean doing the viewings, the photographer and all the office-based staff. Ben is professional, kind, offers advice but listens to your wishes. The sale was flying through when a certain COVID-19 appeared on the scene. The service from Lancasters changed from a team to mainly Ben working from home; however that did not impact on their professionalism. We still had weekly calls from Ben instead of Anita, still got advice and still felt like the central focus of their business. Once rules were relaxed things moved along and the team slowly became involved again. Each and every person I spoke to was excellent. Every promised action, phone call and email were made on time.
