We moved in July and our experience with Lancasters was seamless from start to finish. Ben visited us initially to measure up and value our house of 35 years and was highly professional and efficient. The sales team then did the viewings and where possible always gave us feedback and communicated well with us. Then the final sale was dealt with excellently by Emma who was always clear, honest and reassuring throughout.
