I first rented a property through Brock Taylor's Lettings Team in 2019 when I first moved to Horsham and had nothing but great experiences. So when I was looking for a new house to move into the perfect one caught my eye and it was once again being let and managed by Brock Taylor which instantly put me at ease because I had already had an amazing experience with them when I was renting a flat through them. I had been away from Horsham for a while due to the pandemic but travelled down to do an in-person viewing of the property where I was greeted by Amy, who showed me around and was very helpful even at this early stage. Later that same week I got a call from Hannah on the lettings team to let me know the Landlord had accepted me as the new tenant and proceeding from there. Brock Taylor has a very intuitive and supportive online system to onboard tenants remotely/digitally and whenever I would email for info or help I would get very swift and professional responses. While Hannah helped with all the paperwork, Amy helped with getting me moved in and kept in touch during that process to make sure everything was okay. I could not recommend Brock Taylor enough to anyone, they are a fantastic Lettings Agent and I'm so happy that both the first property I moved into in Horsham and now my second, were both done through Brock Taylor. They are easily the best at what they do in Horsham and while I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, I look forward to my future interactions with them in whatever capacity that may be.
