Recently purchased a property with Brock Taylor and as a buyer the sales progression was effective and timely. I had good confidence in the information that was being provided to me from the seller through the estate agent and was able to act promptly to resolve issues during the contract portion of the sale. My only negative is that on completion I received a wooden box with tea, jam and chocolate. This was appreciated but fitting the box in the car with all of the other stuff we had for moving was a bit of an overload!
