Recently purchased a property with Brock Taylor and as a buyer the sales progression was effective and timely. I had good confidence in the information that was being provided to me from the seller through the estate agent and was able to act promptly to resolve issues during the contract portion of the sale. My only negative is that on completion I received a wooden box with tea, jam and chocolate. This was appreciated but fitting the box in the car with all of the other stuff we had for moving was a bit of an overload!

We're very impressed with the service from Brock Taylor right from the start with an initial consultation with Josh through to their arrangements for viewing using an open day format. This has resulted immediately in an offer from a well qualified buyer. So far, they have been very good at keeping us informed at every stage and we're hopeful of a completed sale in the near future.
