As a single mum, finding the right home and supportive letting agent was incredibly important to me, and my experience with Brock Taylor has been nothing short of excellent. Suzanna was amazing during my move. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and really helped me feel settled and comfortable in my new home. Simon has been a constant source of support whenever I’ve had concerns about the house. It’s reassuring to know there is always someone approachable and ready to help. Kate has also been wonderful. she keeps me up to date, checks in with me, and supports me with any ongoing worries or issues I may have, which gives me real peace of mind. The whole team has made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I would highly recommend Brock Taylor to anyone looking to rent a property.
