However, I have been treated with much kindnes, respect and diligence by Emily Lee since the first viewing of the property 6 months ago. The sale proved to be an awkward one, hence the longevity of the process, but throughout it all Emily was patient and caring and kept me updated throughout. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and reliability. As well as providing the usual service, Emily thought of every practical thing to assist me. For example, she prepared a video of the property so that I could keep it to hand when considering how to place furniture etc. Emily negotiated an original plan to extend the lease of the first property I viewed but sadly their were other reasons why the property was not chosen. If involved in the purchase of property again, I would seek out Brock Taylor first because of the friendly and helpful way I was served.
