Balgores are the best, they will do everything in their power to sell your house. Other agents may put your house on rightmove, deal with viewers etc but Balgores will SELL your house. Recently rented a long term Let and Balgores are fantastic and MARK in the Hornchurch branch was exceptional. He replied to my emails after his usual hours and went to the trouble of letting me know I had been accepted on the house after closing hours via email, as he realised it was important for me to know prior to the long weekend. I didn’t ask him to. He did it because he cares about his clients and is obviously a workaholic !!!
