I am giving 5 stars to the wonderful JODIE who has been a complete superstar from start to finish and beyond. Extremely professional, customer service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble, it was my daughters first rental and Jodie made the whole journey so easy, taking time to answer all our questions even in her own time. Balgores are incredibly lucky to have her and I hope the bosses appreciate her as much as we do. Even whilst on holiday she still made sure she was available to help with anything we needed. I don't usually leave reviews but this young lady deserves all the praise and recognition possible. We cannot thank her enough for her continued support and for everything she has done. She really is a very special young lady with a heart of gold. So whoever is in charge, give that girl a raise, she's worth every single penny, and then some. Also thank you to Mark and Harry who were both very helpful too. JODIE YOU ARE OUTSTANDING and we will be recommending you without hesitation. Thank you again for all your help J & G xx

Just wanted to thank Patsy for her time and effort in finding us our new home. She was very patient and not in any way pushy when showing us around. They have once again provided a quality service, they have found me a suitable tenant and they worked quickly and efficiently to process all necessary paperwork. Mark Claxton has been particularly helpful and is very knowledgeable when it comes to letting a property and has ensured all aspects are covered. She came armed with relevant literature for me to take away and had sent further info. to me within the hour. I used these people years ago and tbh was pleaseantly surprised that they have maintained such excellent levels of service.
