BOBBI SCOTT. Vile woman. Left a tenant without a heater in the bedroom for over 7 months!! It took for me to email Daniel Hanks and Martin Gibbon to get something done. However, how ironically, it has taken Bobbi Scott over 10 months to get a quote (via photos and not even a visit) for mould. If this is what you call customer service then you need a reality check. Complaint going to the property ombudsman.
