Unprofessional company. They will point out nothing during check in, take a dozen photos however during check out they will point out things they never analysed during check in, taking hundreds of photos. Overall just an unfair company, can not recommend one bit. My advice is to take your own tenant photos during check-in and check-out to protect yourself from their reports and eventual deposit disputes with landlords.
