After hunting around getting quotes for the usual suspects, we came across 1st Class Property through Rightmove and called Rose for a valuation. Very quickly at a time to suit us, Rose came along and valued our house - no pressure sales, no nonsense about contracts etc just a simple all in price and a very plain English set of terms. We were a little sceptical about not having a shop but these worries proved totally unfounded - we are in the age of the computer after all! Once on the market at our agreed price, although we were getting hits, there were not many bites and through a couple of detailed conversations about how the market works, we dropped our price slightly and sold very quickly. Rose's engagement didn't end there though as some would - she helped us all the way through the sale keeping in regular contact and up-to-date with proceedings. We had some minor issues through the solicitors and calling on 1st Class Property's preferred partners (for us specifically an electrician) we got sorted very quickly. We really cannot recommend 1st Class Property highly enough and should we find ourselves moving again will call them before anyone else.
