without trying to use someone elses punchline...'they do what they say on the tin'
Our first meeting with 1st class property was very relaxed but professional. We were told about all the services they provided, costs, expectations and we were won over there and then. They don't promise something they cant deliver. If a call back is what's promised that's what you'll get. We had bought property before but had never sold and so this was all new to us, 1st class property explained everything and answered all our questions to put us at ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st class property no matter what your situation whether that be first time buyer, selling for the first time or a dab hand, they will help you with whatever you need. We are very happy in our new home, thanks Rose and team for a 1st class job xx

Top notch
This is the second time I have used this estate agent and yet again they have gone above and beyond the service you would expect.. They are so friendly and helpful and you really do get the personal touch. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation recommending their services to anybody looking to sell their property.

Very Very Good!
I swapped from a well known agent in the area to 1st Class Property and i was very very happy that i did. I felt it was a more personal experience where i was looked after better instead of being just another house seller! I knew i could contact the agent anytime and they would help as best they can. Even now i have moved into my new house they will still help if i have any questions about my new property. If i was to sell another property i would definitely sell through this agent!

Extremely helpful and professional service.
We recently purchased a property in the Hornchurch area and we thoroughly impressed by the service provided to us by Rosemary Ellis. From first viewing to completion she was a reliable and helpful port of contact who always kept us informed of progression and was willing to go the extra mile. In particular, the way in which Rosemary treated and cared for a very elderly vendor was admirable and she made the whole buying process very human.

Brilliant Service
Excellent service can't fault Rose in any way VERY hard working ! Have Used 1st class for the 2nd time to sell our 2nd property as per usual we got exactly what was promised. Very honest and straight to the point. Worth every penny! Would definitely recommend to anyone Keep the hard work up!

1st Class in every Way!!!
We were very anxious about buying our first home together especially because we were planning our wedding too!!! I was extremely happy that we found a property through 1st Class. From the initial phone call to arrange a viewing to completion, I found them friendly and professional. We were kept informed throughout. First Class by name and First Class by nature
This agent provided a superb service that enabled our move to go ahead when solicitors and other agents had failed dismally.. I would recommend them wholeheartedly as an extremely hard-working and professional organisation that goes the extra mile.

Excellent Service
Our contact was Rose lovely lady and very helpful she really was a star !! we were kept up to date on a daily basis from beginning to end. And what little issues we had they were resolved very quickly. we would definitely recommend her services to anyone thinking of buying or seller their property in the future.

Excellent Service
1st Class Property have been fantastic. The service was excellent. Very personal and friendly. I felt like I had known Rose for years. I will definatly recommend 1st Class Property and I will be getting back in touch when I am ready to sell my property in a few years time.
