Excellent service
Best ever service that I've had from an estate agent. Very personal and friendly, rosemary make you feel like you've known her for a long time, which makes you feel better when she shows the perspective buyers round. I'll always recommend them when I'm asked for an estate agent.

1st Class Service
I couldn't have been happier with the service I received, Rose and staff literally couldn't have done anymore for me, and went above and beyond what I would ever expect an estate agent to do. I have now recommended to everyone I know that needs the required service, good to find an agent you can actually trust and believe!

No better agent in Essex
Rose sold our first home, we bought through her after that and we are now selling through her again. There was simply no question as to which agent we were going to use. Rose is head and shoulders above every other agent I've ever had to deal with. She accompanies every viewing, follows up for feedback every time, and chases up the whole transaction right to the very end. We could not ask for a more personal and diligent service and will continue to use Rose in the future.

House sold within 1 week!
Rose sold my property within 1 week and the transaction went more smoothly than I thought it would. What I loved most about Rose is that she literally kept me updated every step of the way, even if she had no news she would let me know she had no news. Best Estate agent I've ever dealt with. Kind, honest and the most helpful ever.

Fantastic professional service
Rose Ellis is without a doubt the best estate agent! She has an outstanding knowledge of her profession and made selling our house look easy! She went that extra mile and was consistently on call. Rose talked me through the whole procedure and was there for us at any time of the day or evening. I would not hesitate in recommending Rose Ellis to be your estate agent! She exceeded all of my expectations!

Genuine, honest and personal touch throughout process
We put our property on the market with this agent and we received an offer within the first viewing and although purchasers were a nightmare our agent kept on top of everything and whenever we needed to speak to her she was available. She also answered any queries we had on our purchase of another property, even though she was not our agent on that (unfortunately). If you are looking for the "personal touch" then with this agent you get that and more. I would definitely recommend them.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER
1st Class Property, if we had to rate them out of a hundred, we would give them a hundred plus. We can't thank Rose Ellis enough for all the hard work she put in for us when selling our property. sale of our flat
We were really happy with everything about 1st Class Properties, in fact I think the staff there offered us more than a bigger agent ever would have. Out of hours accompanied viewings, regular contact with us being just a few examples. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them to anybody.

Very happy customer
Rose took all of the stress out of moving, I really couldn't recommend her enough. She chased the solicitors, the estate agents and anyone else so I didn't have to do a thing. We also happened to move on the only day ever for Chaps to go down. Rose informed us very early on about what was happening and I then told the solicitor who was unaware of the problem. When I contacted our seller's estate agent later that day to see what time they closed to get the keys at around 4.30pm, they had no idea we were completing that day. For me that summed up the service rose gave in comparison to the service often received by many well-known estate agents. She also got us a lot more than we were expecting to make with the entire process going through in around 3 months. Thanks Rose, if we ever move again and we'll definitely use you.
