I've bought and sold a few houses and never really truly appreciated what an estate agent does. Why? because they all went smoothly. This time, it did not go smoothly and my eyes have been opened. Fiona Joyce has been absolutely superb in managing a continually evolving and complex situation for me and my wife. I feel like I've not only been kept well informed, but have been well advised on what to do, when, and more importantly, when to do nothing.
