It is so so true, “ you get what you pay for” ! Forget internet agencies, what we need as a seller is an agency that is truly on your side, checking buyers are genuine, chasing up on progress, and just generally being there physically to deal with tricky negotiations, and offering professional advice with a smile ! It is worth a lot to be able to call in to the branch and see people face to face who are dealing with your sale. NIcola, Caroline and Fiona are all up to speed with each stage of the sale and have kept me regularly updated and Richard has provided important additional oversight and support when I was unable to be at my property for viewings with my buyer’s surveyor.
