I’ve been at Accrue for just over a year and it has been a great experience. All of the staff are very friendly and there is a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from at Cafè Accrue. The cleanliness of the offices, toilets and outside areas are always immaculate. Would recommend to any freelancers or small businesses if you’re located near Cobham.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Due to my work being remote, I’ve tried several co-working spaces, mainly based in London due to the facilities they offer but always dreaded the commute in. I was yet to find any space outside of London with that premium feel until I came across Accrue Workplaces. There are dedicated desks, a lounge membership and meeting rooms to suit any type of working. The creative interior in my opinion is outstanding, my personal favourite being the letter box you are allocated per desk. This is great space to work, network (over some cheese & wine!) and meet like-minded people over a great cup of coffee!

I cannot praise Ryder and Dutton too highly for the professionalism of their service in selling my late mother's flat in Holmfirth. All staff were courteous, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed of proceedings at every stage of the process.
