Tom Lawrence is the ultimate professional, I can not rate his service highly enough. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient and always seems to be available to answer questions and give advice. Finley Lawrence is also a fantastic photographer and made our house look amazing in listings. You get a much better service from these guys that the 'big chain' estate agents.

Tom came and valued our property just before lockdown so it has taken a little longer to get a sale agreed. He was very responsive to any contact and has made the process of selling the property very straightforward. The key selling point for me is that he is local and understands the area and market. We used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. Love our little office for two! Light, airy, clean and fun to be in. The staff are all so lovely and the food upstairs at the cafe is lovely! Lots of parking, close to Cobham high street and station. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
