Recently sold my home with these guys and honestly couldn't have been happier with the service given to me by Kia McGrath. She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible. R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

My partner and I purchased our new home through Ryder and Dutton and were helped through the process by Fiona. To say Fiona went above and beyond is an understatement frankly. We had a very complicated chain, and Fiona coordinated between all parties, solicitors and estate agents. She was amazing, communicated with us at all times and although sometimes the news wasn't great, she was still up front with us and informative. I can't recommend Ryder and Dutton enough. If the time comes for us to sell, it's the first place we will contact. Update July 2026 - We have recently sold our property with Ryder and Dutton. We have now bought and sold through Ryder and Dutton with the same experience. They are fantastic and once again Fiona was brilliant. I cant recommend highly enough.

Cath and her team at Ryder Dutton are the most proactive and pragmatic estate agents around. Offer great advice and critically are communicative and very fast to respond. They are much more flexible than most agents with viewings, consistently delivering Saturday viewings and even out of ours viewings going avice and beyond to secure a sale. Cath is also just a very nice person to deal with as are her team in Fiona and Kia.
