I've dealt with Tyla for almost 3 years and the rental journey has been a breath of fresh air. Such a great company with very helpful staff, Tyla is efficient, friendly and approachable. The level of customer service is excellent and I cannot fault it. Tyla is an asset to the company and her warm nature, she is always smiling, a great listener who arrives on time for inspections and communicates great which only adds to the overall experience. Renting shouldn't be a headache, like I have previously experienced elsewhere with other letting agents, Lindley & Simpson have that real family feel. I also like that you get to know the staff rather than be passed from person to person. Keep up the amazing work! Much appreciated!
