Worst and mismanaged company . Just avoid . One of their billing agent sent me 200 £ bills for 3 days , and says it takes 3 months to resolve a dispute. LOL, 3 months the customer care team sits on the bill to resolve , I wonder how they work. Avoid them. Bunch, Urban billing , True Energy .they are all completely waste of time if you have to deal with them.
