£190 bill after being in the new address for a week. Gas and electric. A small house which is £66 with British Gas who I’ve been with for over 4 years wanting to bring them to the new address. After constant calls to cancel which then went over the 14 day window. They wanted £100 exit fee. Misinformation is what this company is thriving off. Said they cancelled and would send out an email within 48 hours with that confirmation. It’s now been nearly 7 days and no email has been sent out. The woman I spoke to was very rude telling me to be quiet. After trying to set back up to BritishGas I have been informed they haven’t cancelled the account. BritishGas have been informed everything from this company. And a full report has been made for Tru Energy. Do not use this company. £190 for gas and electricity and a £100 cancellation charge. £290 bill 2 weeks at the address. Misinformation and false advertising.
