Had a great experience viewing a property in Hitchin with Cole. I immediately warmed to his congenial persona. His knowledge of the area and general market trends was useful given my inexperience of the area. For the non-standard questions that I asked during the viewing, he promptly responded to me the following day. Most of the letting agent shocked because of the dogs, one lovely lady told me straight away "one dog is enough problem, but two!?!?!" Of course I don't want to waste my time with negative persons. Finally I found a property on the Belvoir website. That was the first time when I closed that moving procedure with positive experience. I got a real support, and updates from start to end.
