Peace of mindBronte is our
Peace of mind Bronte is our current main contact at Belvoir dealing with issues and general management of our properties. She is always on the ball as far as identifying and progressing any issues with our properties and notifies us promptly with an indication of callout costs and costs to rectify as well as confirming how payment to fix will be handled by default. This means that as landlords we are subjected to minimum hassle and know that the flats and our tenants are being looked after. We are kept informed of any issues and have only to give the go ahead to progress the fix to know that it will be done in a timely manner and funded as we would wish. When the issues have been addressed Bronte informs us of the fact so that we have peace of mind. An exemplary service.

We have been looking for a
We have been looking for a long while for the bungalow of our dreams. Peter Dalton of Belvoir Hitchin helped us find it. Peter and John are also working together to sell our house. We have been very impressed with their commitment, courtesy and friendly attitude. The office staff are also exceptional. Everyone in the office makes great efforts to ensure that every query or request, however small, is dealt with quickly.
