She is always on the ball as far as identifying and progressing any issues with our properties and notifies us promptly with an indication of callout costs and costs to rectify as well as confirming how payment to fix will be handled by default. This means that as landlords we are subjected to minimum hassle and know that the flats and our tenants are being looked after. We are kept informed of any issues and have only to give the go ahead to progress the fix to know that it will be done in a timely manner and funded as we would wish.
