As a tenant, I must inform you that your requests to get work carried out have to be authorised by the landlord. you raised these matters on Monday 6th August and since then, our office manager has visited you (on the same day) and raised your concerns as a priority with the landlord. The landlord sent a contractor to alleviate some of your concerns yesterday and more issues will be resolved in the coming days.
