I’d like you to thank Willow for her support over the last few months for a purchase that was far from smooth. Willow certainly went the extra mile and kept us informed at all times, providing guidance and advice where appropriate. An absolute star! However……. We were wrongly informed on the second viewing (not by Willow) that the loft was boarded and was fitted with a ladder and light. Transpires this is totally incorrect!
