She was also excellent at finding prospective buyers for whom our property was the right fit, so there was no time wasted with viewings that were going nowhere. Tikal helped us stay on top of all communication from the initial sale price negotiations through the back and forth between solicitors on a complex chain sale and she even helped us redirect our mail after the sale had been completed.
