I have dealt with several estate agents, and this was by far the worst experience. The overall approach lacked professionalism, and there were difficulties with very simple administrative tasks that should have been straightforward but were left unresolved for almost two years. This clearly shows a lack of attention to detail. I also felt uncomfortable during interactions with a male member of staff, as the behaviour came across as inappropriate and unprofessional, creating an unpleasant atmosphere (xenophobic and sexist undertones). The customer care was extremely rude and poor. Well no customer care at all. Although options are limited in Hinckley, I would recommend avoiding this business and choosing another estate agent. A real shame for Martin & Co

The Branch Manager has just informed me that he received an aggressive email from you last week, and dealt with your issue immediately. It was a small matter of your name remaining on the tenancy deposit in the DPS and was resolved straight away. No stress, no inappropriate behaviour, just dealing with the issue at hand.
