Communication is awful. Judgemental staff that show you around and look down at you if your circumstances arent perfect. Avoid of your wanting staff that can communicate and not judge you

Tried to undervalue my home by approximately £35000 as part of a court order! Disgraceful.. Edit: every other agent in Hinckley laughed! It's called being in Cahoots 👍 Update: have had an independent unbiased company out that has now rewritten the valuation for the COURT and both parties agree the figure is more realistic! I stand my ground you under valued it based on my ex wife talking you round so she could buy me out cheaper 👍 flutter the eyelashes etc etc £25000 more than this company for a quick sale!

Bad experience. After I made a cash offer, rang them to see if it was excepted. Within 2 mins I was called rude and hang up on me. Very unprofessional, I don't know how cheap they are. Can't be that cheap. Bad service, I wouldn't let them sell my pushbike. Never mind a house.

Very poor customer service. The owner Steve, is a compulsive lier. I told him things he then rang up the landlord and told him the exact opposite of what I said. I know this as I had suspicion of him doing this before. So I rang him infront of my landlord, he than rang my langlord 15 minutes later and flat out lied. Poor service.
