I understand our clients changed their minds after accepting your offer and decided to proceed with another buyer, but as you were aware we had multiple offers on the property and by law we are required to submit all offers to our client, you were also given the chance to increase your offer, but unfortunately our clients have decided to sell to another buyer. Our staff often have to have difficult conversations and relay bad news and often feel as frustrated as you did or disagree with decisions, but ultimately have to take instruction and work in the best interest of our client.
