Estate agents generally get dreadful reviews, and there is a good reason for this, most are utterly useless.. why have I given Richard James 5 stars then? Lots of Estate agents forget that they are dealing with business savvy humans who do not prize commission above service. Service is paramount as is attention to detail. From the moment I started dealing with this company I knew that my concerns were part of theirs, they cared about my cares from the outset, and that made me feel wanted as a customer. People buy from people, not companies. They understood what made me tick, because they listened to what was important to me. A rare quality in a sales based organisation. At every turn they were there for me, with great feedback and encouragement right throughout the sale. I never felt uninformed. Regular contact is so important and it was always there. So to simply say thanks, would be somewhat of an insult, but thanks all the same. We shopped the market for an estate agent, and even went to desperate measures in calling for a quote from a purple company! They never did follow up, and we never did hear from them again. I guess you get what you pay for in life hey. If it were possible to give 6 stars, I assure you I would. The team at Rushden are unbelievably professional, and at its pinnacle, in my opinion anyway, is Richard Taylor. An old school, caring sales professional in a much younger body than mine. I completely recommend Richard James estate agent Rushden, Richard and the team have done a fantastic job for us selling our house, Richard especially is very helpful and fantastic at smoothing any worries, stresses and and answering any questions you could possibly have during sale and purchasing of homes. I would say without a doubt the best estate agents there is.

Richard and his team set themselves apart from other estate agents with their honesty, integrity and good old-fashioned friendliness. Some other estate agents will drop the ball once they have made their sale. This is the stage at which Richard James are a league apart from their industry peers. They pull all parties together - buyers, sellers, conveyancers, other estate agents - and keep things progressing as swiftly as possible. They call with an update when they say they will. Other estate agents could learn a lot from this team.

I would highly reccomend Richard James, they offered a competitive price and service when we requested quotes and went above and beyond in assisting us with our sale and purchase. They were always friendly and helpful with Richard and Danni always responding when requested and providing updates not just for us but others in our chain. They made a stressful event much more bearable with their support and help in resolving issues.

The team are amazing at Richard James Rushden, we had a some issues getting our purchase over the line but they never forgot us, they called every Friday without fail ensuring that we were always kept informed of any updates. They were extremely supportive and responsive when we asked them for any help. They always remembered our name and the property we were purchasing and made us feel valued as a customer. As an Estate Agency, Richard James certainly live up to their good reputation. Richard James recently sold our house. They offered a high standard of customer care and were very professional throughout the whole process. They kept us informed at every step which made a stressful time a lot more manageable.
