I have had a lot of interactions with estate agents over the years. (most of which I would rather forget!) But Richard james estate agents by far stands out from the crowd. Their communication is great, when they say they are going to do something they do. Even something simple as saying they will update you weekly and they do! You always feel valued with them, included in the sale, and given a first class service throughout. For me there is no other choice, forget all the other high street agents, Richard James should be your first choice!!

Richard James are the best estate agents in rushden we have experienced a few others they are by far were the best! We had an awful experience in our move which went on for 2 years and throughout the whole process they always kept us updated. They were amazing and if we ever build up the courage to move again I would not choose anyone else!!

I had spoken to Danny and someone else from another agents about my options and what I needed from the sale, after a long sales pitch and being told why they are number 1. Offering 10k less and pretty much laughing at the price Richard James had given me, stating I wouldn't be able to sell for that price I decided to go with Richard James they kept me informed the whole time even during lockdown. I was able to sell over the amount I needed with 11k more than the other agents quote. I am extremely happy with the outcome and how quick the process took even with lockdown. We had a fantastic experience selling our home via the Rushden branch. Unlike a lot of the other local agents there’s always someone available to help as they are open every day and they work longer hours than most, this meant not only were the team very accessible to us but to our potential buyers also. Everyone was very supportive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly that dealt with us. We moved to RJ when our previous agent couldn’t get our sale over the line, once we sold with Richard and his team we were completed and moved in 6 weeks. We highly recommend RJ and would without a doubt use them again in the future.
