ETA: Since Tayla left Richard James, we have been looked after by Cheryl Hopes. She has been amazing! Not only is she incredibly helpful, but she's also really personable and a joy to deal with! We have had an amazing experience with Tayla Jackson at Richard James. She has been so helpful, always going above and beyond. She is also really responsive to emails, which has been so appreciated!

We are with Richard James from 5 years and we had always a good experience. Cheryl is the best lettings property manager that we had by now and she was always answering promptly to all our calls and sort out all the issues.

I have been renting through Richard James for over a year now and everytime I have needed help the estate agent and landlord has been brilliant. Recently I have had Cheryl who has helped me set up a new tenancy agreement and have helped me book jobs that needed doing around the house and her customer service has been world class.
