By far, the best brokers in Wiltshire. They care for the owner, their tenants and also ensure that everything is done on time and as expected. Claire Bull in particular has been very helpful to me. When I need to rent out an apartment, I know who to call.

Richard James has excellent customer service and whenever I phone or email they respond with as much help as possible. Our property manager, Frankie, has been very helpful in our tenancy renewal process and always responds as quickly as possible.

Richard James (North) have been looking after my rental property for around 6 years now. I’m really pleased with all the help they have given me, taking away the everyday running of the property. My current Property Manager, Cheryl, has recently sorted a maintenance issue quickly and efficiently; she is a pleasure to deal with.
