From start to finish, Richard James estate agent have been impeccable. Mark visited us initially and was efficient, knowledgeable and authentic. Excellent communication including a whatsapp group set up for quick fix comms. The house was on the market for under 2 weeks when we received a buyer which was fantastic. Lots of viewings too in those 2 weeks with perfect professionalism from RJ. Laura was our sales progressor who kept us up to date instantly on anything required like visits from builders etc. and also pushing through to find out what was happening with solicitors and so on. Right until the last minute Laura was supportive and open with the proceedings. I cannot recommend Richard James Highly enough. They know Highworth and they know their clients. Excellent!

Buying or indeed selling a property in my case can be very daunting. With a large selection of people offering to help it can be a minefield that some just choose to avoid. We first met Mark back in March 23 when we decided to sell our flat, it was refreshing to get some honest feedback on pricing and market conditions, we decided to proceed and had dealings with both Mark and Hugo during the viewings process, once sold everything was passed to Laura to progress, although everybody was always happy to help. Laura was a real pleasure to deal with, always kept us up to date on the steps, was often ahead of the game when it came to chasing solicitors etc to.
