Buying or indeed selling a property in my case can be very daunting. With a large selection of people offering to help it can be a minefield that some just choose to avoid. We first met Mark back in March 23 when we decided to sell our flat, it was refreshing to get some honest feedback on pricing and market conditions, we decided to proceed and had dealings with both Mark and Hugo during the viewings process, once sold everything was passed to Laura to progress, although everybody was always happy to help. Laura was a real pleasure to deal with, always kept us up to date on the steps, was often ahead of the game when it came to chasing solicitors etc to. The whole process was as easy as I suppose it could have been, some delays at the end but nothing to do with Richard James and everybody there helped push things over the line. many thanks everyone.
