Jo on the sales progression team has been great from start to finish. To say our sale was tricky and emotional would be an understatement, after nine months we have exchanged today. Thank you Jo for all your help and support, especially help pushing along the other parties, at times there have been tears of frustration (on my part) but Jo kept calm with a level head, I don't know how you do it. You really do appreciate a big glass of something sparkling. X
