Thoroughly recommend Avril, so friendly and professional. Knew lots about the area , was thoughtful enough to bring a local map for us. Didn't rush the viewing, we far exceeded the usual 15min slot usually afforded. Was more than happy to repeat the house tour several times (!) and offer solutions to potential accommodation /storage issues. Rang back immediately afterwards with answers to questions raised. Felt she was genuinely interested in helping us and although we didn't proceed with the property she still invited us to call in and say hi afterwards! Brilliant customer care.
