I would like to thank Avril and Grant for their help with my recent purchase, I know they were selling the property and get their commission from the sale but I felt that they gave me impartial advice when needed and were open and upfront about various issues outside of their control to do with the purchase. On the odd occasion when Avril or Grant were not available Sue and Lisa from the team were able to help with any query I had. Also the aftercare, since moving in to our new house we have had a few things to sort out and Avril seemed only to happy to go that extra mile.
