Stow Brothers (Highams Park Office) were amazing, they managed to get our property listed very swiftly and their marketing, photography and communication is second to none. Jon, Sammie and the team gave us that confidence you need when selling your family home and were there every step of the way for us. The viewings were conducted at times that suited us and we never felt any pressure to find a property once we had sold ours. We had regular but not too intrusive email updates and calls from John throughout what can be a very stressful process. We were really pleased all round with stow brothers. We first rented from them and then bought a house with them, and they handled the transition between the two really well. We have been through house sale processes a few times so we know what to expect by now, and this was our favorite. The sale in particular was a really good experience all the way through (it was a long process). The viewing (from Samantha) was very honest, fun, and never pushy at all which we really appreciated. Then our sales progressor was Mia, who dealt with all our (probably annoying) questions really quickly, fully and efficiently, and we never felt like we were being kept in the dark with anything, or fobbed off. Also Jon helped with various things throughout, and was also great at being on top of things even though he was often just covering for the day. Our point of contact for our rental was Hannah, and we also had a great experience with her. There were multiple issues (as there always is) that needed addressed, and they were done so, quickly and efficiently again. We felt the prices for both were pretty much in keeping with the market, and we didn't feel they were overpriced, even though it's obviously a premium service. All round, they made a very stressful experience a lot less stressful, so we were happy!
