Great service from beginning to end: arranged a viewing at the most convenient time, the agent (Freddie!) was extremely knowledgeable and spent an hour with us in the property, answering all sorts of questions we had. We also appreciated the communication from the branch manager Jon and the experience of the sales progressor Paul, especially keeping us updated on any tasks and passing on any information and requests to the seller and their solicitors. Very quick responses to questions, great guidance on the order of steps and on-going check ins throughout.
