Lovely to have worked with Stow Brothers for the purchase of our first property. They are so good, we refused to work with any other agents and filtered "Stow Brothers" on rightmove in order to make a selection of properties to view. They’ve been so helpful and polite every step of the way, especially our assigned agent Paul who was absolutely fantastic.

We recently bought a flat in Highams Park through Stow Brothers, and Alfie was the agent. We had a really great experience with everyone we spoke to at Stow throughout (all very professional, communicative and helpful). Alfie in particular exceptionally helpful, polite, professional and calm throughout the entire sale. In particular when things slowed down he was able to coordinate all sides to push things through, and we felt he went above and beyond to make sure it was a success. On top of all this, he's just a really nice, humble, honest guy who will go really far with this attitude! When we come to sell in however many years time, chances are we will go back to Stow due to the great experience. Would recommend.

We’ve been dealing with Jon at Stow Bros for around a year before we even put our house up for sale - picking his brains on loft extensions and other work we wanted to do with our house. As a photographer myself, I was obviously concerned that the sales pictures showed the house in it’s best light, the photographer that did the sales pictures was a thorough professional and made the house look very stylish. Jon recommended the OEO price to attract the greatest number of house hunters, and we were ecstatic that so many people wanted to view our house. It was a beautiful sunny day when Paul and Alfie showed everyone around and gave us great feedback on their viewings. After a weekend of viewings and after a nervous couple of days waiting, we were blown away by the amount of offers on the house. With Jon’s advice we accepted an offer from a young couple who already had buyers in place and with a short chain. As we were breaking the chain to move to Devon, there was nothing for us to do but wait for our buyers and buyers buyers to complete their searches, and we had a completion date of late august, we just needed to complete. And then we had the call from Jon that he must have dreaded. Our buyers buyer had withdrawn. We decided to wait and let our buyers find another buyer. Jon pulled out all the stops and had a buyer in place within weeks. Again we waited for all the searches to be completed and then our newly elected government melted down the financial system and our buyers, buyers, buyer withdrew. With the help of some very professional mortgage brokers (recommended by Stow Brothers) putting a different financial package together for our buyers, buyer, everything was back on again. We waited with baited breath for all the surveys to be complete, with Jon calling us a couple of times a week to reassure us, until finally we exchanged contracts and completed.
