We recently sold our house in Higham's Park with Stows. The initial contact was with the manager Jon who viewed the house and suggested a marketing price and sales process. This worked extremely well and the follow up process with potential buyers was supervised by Jon and Lachlan. We found both Jon and Lachlan to be extremely helpful and courteous leading to a very successful sale with as little hassle and stress as possible. We have just completed on a flat which was on the market with the Stow Brothers. From the day I first viewed the flat through to completion day the service has been exemplary. Will was our main point of contact and has been incredible. No question was left unanswered, he was extremely flexible and arranged for us to get into the flat on multiple occasions prior to completion in rode to arrange surveys and other inspections. Excellent service from Stow Brothers at Highams Park branch when dealing with a sale on our behalf that involved multiple parties and was not straightforward. They responded to queries and e-mails promptly and I would definitely use them again, as we have done previously. Will and Alfie (our main point of contact) were both very good and patient whilst dealing with the sale under difficult circumstances. A small mention to Samantha who knew how to pitch what she said and how she said it according to who she was speaking to, whilst being entertaining in the process. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Stow Brothers, Highams Park branch. From the first interaction they were very professional but also so easy and friendly to talk to. Valuation was done promptly by the branch manager - Jon and the photographer Danni was great, photos were superb! They were not pushy and gave all the time I needed to make my decision which was highly appreciated. Alfie was our main agent, but I feel like I have spoken to all branch agents- they were always happy to help and assist when they could. Communication was great and they were always available to answer any questions and although the process to complete took a bit longer than I would hoped for (6 months) I still would not have wished for a better agency to deal with our purchase and sale.
