Where do I even start! The Stow Brothers have been absolutely outstanding. My partner and I were first-time buyers, so naturally we didn’t really know where to begin. We had viewed loads of properties, mostly with other agents, until I stumbled across these guys—thankfully! Their communication is truly unmatched: they answer the phone and respond to emails. It might not sound like much, but with other agents, they often wouldn’t even know who you were, would get dates completely wrong, and could end up harassing you with constant messages—so having someone so organised and responsive felt massive. Most importantly, Lewis and Freddy, who helped us view the property we’ve now bought, have been incredible. Lewis, in particular, went above and beyond—his thoughtfulness, care, and clear communication made us both feel completely at ease throughout the process. Even when he went on holiday during exchange and completion, he ensured everything was seamlessly handed over to his colleague Will, who chased the chain above us and helped us cross the final hurdle. I’ve been raving about The Stow Brothers ever since, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. On top of everything, they gifted us a beautiful plant for our move, and when our fridge was being delivered the day we moved in, I was running late—Lewis kindly took time out of his day to drive over, meet the delivery team, and drop off the keys.
