Jon Vidal in particular was hugely helpful during our very long wait for our house purchase to go through. Always happy to chat and offer advice even though they weren't our direct agents and the issues were further down the chain. Very professional but also straightforward, genuine and friendly to deal with. Even on hand to help with some house teething issues after the sale. Would highly recommend.
