"We rented through Northwood..."

We rented through Northwood in High Wycombe for 14 months. Whilst not everything was perfect initially they worked hard to ensure that any problems were rectified and dealt with swiftly. Whenever a problem occurred they very quickly actioned the landlady’s repair team. They have been very professional with end of tenancy procedures and have always been available despite renting during lockdowns etc. Unfortunately we can’t name all of the team but essentially anyone we had contact with was really professional and helpful. I have rented several times previously with other companies and I can safely say that renting with Northwood was the best experience by far.
