THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! Charlotte showed us around the property which we just exchanged on, she could see how much I loved it from the get go and I could already see how down to earth Charlotte is. Charlotte kept me informed throughout this whole process and no question was ever too silly, on top of this I became a massive nag and Charlotte reassured me many times of different things and was always willing to answer any questions and speak to me. What I love best is the fact Charlotte didn’t talk in all the Jargon, nothing was too stupid to ask, and was always happy to speak and explain in a way I could easily understand! I really wish Charlotte all the best, even the most smoothest moves come with their stresses, and to have someone involved who can just calm the matter and be proactive with chasing and keeping everyone informed is a huge relief!
